Our brief was to pair a contemporary exterior with a refined, modern-traditional interior. The result is a home defined by clean lines, a pared-back natural palette, and thoughtful details that enhance comfort and sustainability. Biowood cladding, foilboard insulation, and magnificent double-glazed windows deliver energy efficiency and light, while interiors showcase natural timber and stone for warmth and sophistication.

Inside, the layout balances family life with entertaining. Highlights include a spacious lounge, dining and kitchen area with butler’s pantry, a custom-built wine cellar, and an alfresco area with built-in barbeque. Throughout the ground floor, you’ll find floor-to-ceiling height doors, which provide a sense of openness. The architecturally designed library, with its coffered ceiling, custom cabinetry and abundant natural light, is a true showpiece. Four bedrooms and a private family lounge complete the picture of stylish, functional living.

Careful planning was key to achieving compliance on this narrow block, with on-site detention systems and rainwater storage seamlessly integrated into the landscaping. The result is a home that not only meets every regulation, but exceeds every expectation; a perfect example of what’s possible when vision, craftsmanship and intelligent design come together.
