New Home Build in Concord

This Horizon Homes project on a sloping block in the Canada Bay area is the perfect family home.

Two-storey, stylish and contemporary, this home was a knock down rebuild. Because it was custom designed, we were able to create a layout that perfectly suited both our clients, and their block specifications.

The home is flooded with natural light and has multiple living spaces, including a private family living area upstairs near the bedrooms.

So what makes this home so good for family living?

First, the flexible layout means the function of rooms can transition as the family grows. The owners opted for four bedrooms – the primary suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. There’s also a home office on the ground floor that could be used as a fifth bedroom or guest room if needed.

The open plan living / dining, gourmet kitchen – with butler’s pantry – generous al fresco entertaining area and pool is perfect for large get togethers with family and friends.

Other family friendly features include a laundry with access to the outside clothes line and an automatic double lock-up garage with internal access – and plenty of additional storage space!
